Abstract
These Regulations amend the Environmental Protection (Restriction on Use of Lead Shot) (Scotland) (No. 2) Regulations 2004, which prohibit the use of lead shot for shooting with a shot gun on or over wetlands. These Regulations create an exception to that prohibition.
