Equine Identification (England) Regulations 2018 (S.I. No. 761 of 2018).

These Regulations set out for England various administrative and procedural requirements in relation to identification of equine animals and the issue of identity document in relation to an equine animal. They designate the Secretary of State as the competent authority and the zootechnical authority for the purposes of the EU Regulation.
