Abstract
The Order lays down the time and manner for making applications for veterinary examination of horses immediately before export as required by section 37 of the Diseases of Animals Act 1950. It also limits the validity of a certificate of satisfactory examination when this is granted to 18 hours from the time of examination and increases the amounts prescribed as the minimum values for certain types of horse before their export is permitted.
