Feed (Specified Undesirable Substances) (England) Regulations 2006 (S.I. No. 3120 of 2006).

These Regulations amend to the Feeding Stuffs (England) Regulations 2005 and the Feed (Hygiene and Enforcement) (England) Regulations 2005 so as to provide for the implementation of specified Community legislation on undesirable substances in animal feed. The amendments concern specification of undesirable substances, the moisture content of compound pet foods and powers of authorized officers of a feed authority regarding entry, sampling, inspection and associated activities in order to carry out the investigative functions required by Directive 2002/32/EC.
