Fisheries and Aquaculture Structures (Grants) Regulations 1995 (S.I. No. 1576 of 1995).

These Regulations supplement Council Regulation (EC) No. 3699/93, read together with specified other Community legislation, insofar as they provide for and regulate the payment of grants by Ministers towards expenditure in respect of specified types of investment projects in the sectors of fisheries and aquaculture. Relevant investments are: (a) aquaculture; (b) the construction of protected underwater areas with a view to the development of coastal waters; (c) improvement of fishing port facilities; (d) processing and marketing of aquaculture products; (e) promotion of fisheries and aquaculture products; (f) modernisation of vessels; (g) other specified measures.
