Fisheries (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2019 (S.S.I. No. 69 of 2019).

These Regulations are made in under the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and make amendments to subordinate legislation in the field of sea fisheries (technical conservation measures) so as to address deficiencies in such legislation as within the framework of withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union. The amendments also address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union. They update, replace or remove EU references, including references to EU instruments, which will become redundant or will no longer be appropriate after exit day.
