Abstract
This Order designates the Faeroe Islands and Norway as countries whose registered fishing vessels may fish for species specified in the Second Schedule to the Order in certain ICES areas of the British fishery limits outside the area within 12 nautical miles from the baselines from which the breadth of the territorial sea is measured. These areas and species have been agreed upon between the European Community and the designated countries on reciprocal fishing rights. (3 articles and two Schedules)
