Flood Risk Management (Scotland) Act 2009 (Commencement No. 1 and Transitional and Savings Provisions) Order 2009 (S.S.I. No. 393 (C. 30)).

This Order provides, among other things, for transitional arrangements in relation with coming into force of provisions of the Flood Risk Management (Scotland) Act 2009. It defines duties and rights of the Scottish Environment Protection Agency in relation with the putting into place of continuation of flood-warning systems.
