Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulations 2015 (S.I. No. 310 of 2015).

These Regulations give effect to Regulation (EU) No 517/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on fluorinated greenhouse gases and various other EU instruments relating to certain fluorinated greenhouse gases. The Regulations: designate the competent authority for the EU Regulation (certification, evaluation and attestation) and define out powers given to enforcing authorities to enforce its provisions, in particulare with respect to enforcement notices; provide with respect to import of any product or equipment in accordance with the Regulation; provide with respect to appeals against enforcement measures.
