Abstract
These Regulations make various amendments to the Food Additives (Wales) Regulations 2009 to execute and enforce in Wales Commission Regulations (EU) Nos. 1129/2011, (EU) No. 1130/2011 and (EU) No. 231/2012 amending Regulation (EC) No. 1333/2008. These Regulations also amend, for Wales, the Extraction Solvents in Food Regulations 1993. The Regulations, among other things, amend the definitions of "permitted colour", "permitted sweetener" and "purity criteria".
