Abstract
These Regulations amend the Food Hygiene Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 by: (a) substituting definitions of certain Community instruments in the interpretation provision; (b) substituting the word “court” for “magistrates’ court”, the word “arbitration” for the following “a single arbitrator appointed, failing agreement between the parties by the Head of the Department”, the term ‘sworn information’ with ‘sworn complaint’; (c) revoking Regulation 20 concerning appeals to the County Court); and (d) substituting a revised Schedule for the existing Schedule1.
