Food Hygiene (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 (S.R. No. 130 of 2012).

These Regulations amend the Food Hygiene Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 in respect of certain matters regarding remedial action in relation to an establishment not subject to approval under European food hygiene legislation. Amendments concern remedial action notices and detention notices and compensation to a food business operator in case a court in appeal cancels a remedial action notice, if the operator suffers loss by complying with such notice.
