Forestry and Land Management (Scotland) Act 2018 (Commencement, Transitional and Saving Provisions) Regulations 2019 (S.S.I. No. 47 (C. 1) of 2019).

These Regulations are made under section 77(1) and (2) of the Forestry and Land Management (Scotland) Act 2018 and make provision for the transition from the Forestry Act 1967 and the Forestry Act 1997 to the 2018 Act(in respect of applications for and the determination of a felling licence, also in respect of trees to which a tree preservation order relates, and enforcement of and appeals against restocking notices).
