Forestry and Land Management (Scotland) Act 2018 (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2019 (S.S.I. No. 125 of 2019).

These Regulations are made under section 77(1) and (2) of the Forestry and Land Management (Scotland) Act 2018 and make provision for the amendment of primary legislation in consequence of the 2018 Act. Those amendments concern, among other things, agreements for management of nature reserves in Scotland and Wales, control of afforestation, areas of special scientific interest, designation and management of environmentally sensitive areas, and tree preservation by the Forestry Commissioners.
