Genetically Modified Organisms (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (S.I. No. 90 of 2019).

These Regulations make amendments to subordinate legislation in the field of the deliberate release, marketing and transboundary movements of genetically modified organisms in relation to Great Britain in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies (in particular under section 8(2)(b), (c), and (g) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018) arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union. They also specify and reproduce retained and amended EU legislation in this field
