Abstract
This Order amends the Green Deal (Qualifying Energy Improvements) Order 2012 so as to specify a further description of an energy efficiency improvement as a qualifying energy improvement for the purposes of section 1(4)(b) of the Energy Act 2011. It also makes a minor amendment to the waste water heat recovery devices specified in the principal Order.
