Abstract
These Regulations amend the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Regulations 2012 so as to implement Decision No 377/2013/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council derogating temporarily from Directive 2003/87/EC establishing a scheme for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading within the Community. The EU Decision requires Member States not to enforce obligations of aircraft operators for a specified period.
