Hazardous Waste (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 (W.S.I. No. 2861 (W.250) of 2009).

These Regulations amend the Hazardous Waste (Wales) Regulations 2005 in relation with, among other things: the definition of “premises” to clarify that the term includes land; asbestos waste; separated domestic fractions of hazardous waste; production of hazardous waste at shop premises; exemption from the requirement to notify premises at which hazardous waste is produced from specified types of premises to any premises which are a ship; the amount of information the Environment Agency is required to release about notified premises; and records of hazardous waste.
