Abstract
These Regulations prohibit, subject to certain exceptions, the importation into Great Britain of fish products (including fish and molluscs) which have been processed and harvested in- and live molluscs and products of artisanal fisheries of- specified countries of Latin America. Importation of fruit and vegetables which have a pH value of more than 4.5 for human consumption from Peru is also prohibited unless accompanied by a certificate of CERPER of Peru. The provisions of these Regulations prohibit also re-exportation of products in certain cases.
