Abstract
This Order applies, with various modifications, specified primary and secondary legislation to the Isles of Scilly. The legislation includes provisions of the Water Act 1989 and the Water Industry Act 1991. This Order also makes various modifications to those provisions for the purposes of their application to the Isles of Scilly.
