These Regulations amend the Landfill Allowances Scheme (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 in relation with the right of local authorities to landfill one tonne of biodegradable municipal waste for every allowance from the Welsh Ministers they hold in their capacity as waste disposal authorities.
