Less Favoured Area Compensatory Allowances Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 (S.R. No. 41 of 2010).

These Regulations provide for the implementation of Community legislation on support measures for less-favoured area and part of the Northern Ireland Rural Development Programme as approved by the EU Commission. They, among other things, define the conditions of eligibility for less-favoured area compensatory allowances and create the offence of making false or misleading statements.
