Abstract
These Regulations provide for the implementation of specified articles of Community legislation in respect to support for less favoured areas. The Regulations define the conditions of eligibility for less favoured area compensatory allowances, exclude some farming practices from support, provide for withholding of support in certain circumstances and define powers of entry and inspection on persons authorized by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
