Less Favoured Area Compensatory Allowances Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 (S.R. No. 16 of 2015).

These Regulations provide for the implementation of parts of Council Regulation (EC) No 1257/1999 together with parts of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1698/2005 in so far as those Council Regulations relate to less favoured areas. Council Regulation (EC) No. 1698/2005 is repealed Regulation (EU) No. 1305/2013 of the European Parliament of the Council on support for Rural Development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD). These Regulations define the conditions of eligibility for less favoured area compensatory allowances and the rates at which it is to be paid and confer powers of entry and inspection on persons authorised by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
