Abstract
These Regulations amend the Less Favoured Area Support Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 2010 in respect of, among other things: less favoured area support payments under the Scottish Rural Development Programme; the determination of ineligible land attributable to dairy activity; the calculation of stocking density; and newly applicable EU instruments in respect of Less Favoured Area Support Scheme (LFAS).
