Abstract
This Order amends the Marine Licensing (Exempted Activities) (Wales) Order 2011 so as to give effect to Commission Directive (EU) 2015/1127, which amends the Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste (Waste Framework Directive ).
