Abstract
These Regulations amend the Meat Products Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004 by removing a requirement that where meat products of a specified appearance are sold, for the purposes of the Food Labelling Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996, the name used as the name of the food in the labelling of the products must include an indication of any starch or protein added other than for a technological purpose only.
