Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Pollution by Sewage and Garbage from Ships)(Amendment) Regulations 2010 (S.I. No. 897 of 2010).

These Regulations amend the Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Pollution by Sewage and Garbage from Ships) Regulations 2008 by correcting some minor errors, and making some other minor adjustments. These errors and adjustments concern, among other things, the application of the procedure relating to deficient ships, the appointment of an arbitrator in cases where an applicant for a survey is dissatisfied with the outcome of the survey and sewage certificates.
