Milk Marketing Board Scheme of Reorganisation (Third Party Rights) Regulations 1994 (S.I. No. 2460 of 1994).

These Regulations provide for the appointment of arbitrators and for the serving of notices and certificates of compliance in cases involving the Board's property, rights and liabilities. In particular, for actions relating to compensation to adversely affected third parties in cases where provisions of transfer agreements or of other transactions have been violated. (7 Regulations)
