Abstract
These Regulations amend to a certain extend the Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Air Pollution from Ships) Regulations 2008 relating to the quality of petrol and diesel fuels as prescribed by Community legislation and in particular the maximum sulphur content of fuels used by inland waterway vessels.
