Abstract
These Regulations implement, in relation to spring water and bottled drinking water, Council Directive 98/83/EC relating to the quality of water intended for human consumption The amend the principal Regulations by modifying the definitions of "bottle" and "prescribed concentration or value" and inserting a definition of "drinking water" and introducing various provisions so as to adapt the provisions of the principal Regulations to the rules of the Council directive with respect to mineral water.
