Natural Mineral Water, Spring Water and Bottled Drinking Water (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 (S.R. No. 182 of 2003).

These Regulations implement, in relation to spring water and bottled drinking water, Council Directive 98/83/EC relating to the quality of water intended for human consumption The amend the principal Regulations by modifying the definitions of "bottle" and "prescribed concentration or value" and inserting a definition of "drinking water" and introducing various provisions so as to adapt the provisions of the principal Regulations to the rules of the Council directive with respect to mineral water.
