Natural Resources Body for Wales (Functions) Order 2013 (S.I. No. 755 (W.90) of 2013).

This Order makes further provision regarding the Natural Resources Body for Wales, which was established by the Natural Resources Body for Wales (Establishment) Order 2012. It includes a provision about the modification and transfer of environmental functions to the Body and makes, in Schedule 1, amendments for this purpose to the Establishment Order. The amendments concern duties of the Body relating to nature conservation, access and recreation and cooperation and powers to: enter into agreements with local authorities and public bodies; to provide advice or assistance (including financial assistance) to others; undertake or commission research; and institute criminal proceedings in England and Wales.
