Abstract
These Regulations amend the Nutrition and Health Claims Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 in the definition of the Regulation so that a reference to the Regulation in principal Regulations now includes any future amendments to the Annex Regulation (EC) No. 1924/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council, which consists of the list of authorized nutrition claims and conditions relating to their use.
