Pesticides (Maximum Residue Levels in Crops, Food and Feeding Stuffs) (England and Wales) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2006 (S.I. No. 1742 of 2006).

These Regulations amend the Pesticides (Maximum Residue Levels in Crops, Food and Feeding Stuffs) (England and Wales) Regulations 2005 so as to implement Commission Directives 2006/4/EC, 2006/9/EC and 2006/30/EC. They substitute certain new maximum residue levels in Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations and replace the residue for specified pesticides. They make also other amendments to Schedule 1 and 2 of the principal Regulations.
