Pesticides (Maximum Residue Levels in Crops, Food and Feeding Stuffs) (England and Wales) (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations 2007 (S.I. No. 3297 of 2007).

These Regulations amend the Pesticides (Maximum Residue Levels in Crops, Food and Feeding Stuffs) (England and Wales) Regulations 2005 by substituting or inserting: (a) residue definitions for certain pesticides in Schedule 1 which identify the pesticide residues that are taken into account in the measuring of residue levels for each pesticide; and (b) maximum residue levels for certain pesticides in Schedule 2.
