Abstract
These Regulations amend Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2072 as regards protective measures against pests of plants. Regulation 2 includes additional measures to prevent the establishment or spread of certain pests in Great Britain, Agrilus bilineatus Weber and Neocerambyx raddei Blessig. Regulation 3 allows the permitted import of Chamaecyparis Spach., Juniperus L., or Pinus L., from the Republic of Korea into Great Britain, subject to certain conditions.
