Pig Carcase (Grading) Regulations 1994 (S.I. No. 2155 of 1994).

These Regulations revoke and re-enact, with modifications, the Pig Carcass (Grading) Regulations 1988, as amended. They provide for the administration and enforcement of the European Community system of grading of pig carcases. Titles of regulations include: Registration (4); Special grading criterion (5); Weighing, etc. of carcases of pigs (6); Undertaking of grading, etc. of certain Pig carcases by the meat and livestock commission (7); Powers of authorized officers (8).
