Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) Amendment (Scotland) Order 2008 (S.S.I. No. 369 of 2008).

This Order amends, in respect of Scotland only, the Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) Order 1995 by replacing the reference to Council Directive 92/102/EEC on the identification and registration of animals with a reference to Council Directive 2008/71/EC on the identification and registration of pigs. Council Directive 2008/71/EC consolidates the provisions of Council Directive 92/102/EEC so far as they relate to domesticated pigs.
