Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Commencement No.4 and Consequential, Transitional and Savings Provisions) (Wales) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2007 (W.S.I. No. 2371 (W. 194) of 2007).

This Order amends the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Commencement No. 4 and Consequential, Transitional and Savings Provisions) (Wales) Order 2005 in relation to transitional arrangements regarding the Brecon Beacons National Park Authority and removes the Authority from the list of local planning authorities in the Schedule to the No. 4 Order and thus places the Authority under a duty to prepare a local development plan for its area.
