Abstract
These Regulations make amendments to primary and subordinate legislation in the field of town and country planning and infrastructure planning in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union. References to complying with EU obligations have been replaced with references to complying with retained EU obligations.
