Abstract
This Order makes supplementary, incidental or consequential changes to the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997, the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 and the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 so as to give full effect to the provisions of the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006.
