Abstract
This Order amends the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 (Development Planning) (Saving, Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Order 2008 in article 1(2) in the definition of the 1994 Regulations by substituting for the Conservation (National Habitats c.) Regulation 1994 , the Conservation (Natural Habitats, c.) Regulations 1994 .
