Planning (Hazardous Substances)(Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R.I. No. 320 of 2014).

These Regulations amend the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993 in Schedule 4 as a consequence of the modifications of the enforcement provisions of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 introduced by the Planning (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2003. Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 4 list provisions of the 1991 Order and modifications of those provisions which are applied for the purposes of hazardous substances control. Part 3 sets out those provisions as modified. The amenments concern appeals against hazardous substances contravention notices and effects of non-compliance with a contravention notice including execution of works required by hazardous substances contravention notice by pwrsons authorized by the Department of the Environment.
