Plant Health (Amendment) (England) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (S.I. No. 786 of 2019).

These Regulations are made, in part, in exercise of the powers conferred by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) in order to address failures of retained EU law to operate effectively and other deficiencies arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union. They make extensive amendments to the Plant Health (Forestry) Order 2005 and the Plant Health (England) Order 2015. They also make amendments to the Plant Health (England) Order 2015 to transpose certain provisions in Council Directives on the control of potato diseases.
