Plant Health (Amendment No. 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 2010 (S.R. No. 307 of 2010).

This Order amends the Plant Health Order (Northern Ireland) 2006 by substituting Schedule 15 to the principal Order for purposes of implementation of Council Directive 2007/33/EC which introduces measures to detect and control European populations of Potato Cyst Nematode. It provides for demarcation of fields, a prohibition on planting of potatoes and controls on contaminated seed or bulbs.
