Plant Health (Amendment No. 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 2019 (S.R. No. 160 of 2019).

This Order amends the Plant Health Order (Northern Ireland) 2018 for purposes of implementing EU legislation setting out measures in respect of certain fruits originating in third countries to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Union of a specified harmful organism and on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community. The Order concerns restrictions on the landing in and movement within Northern Ireland of relevant material (the restrictions are specified in the Schedules to the principal Order).
