Abstract
This Order amends the Plant Health Order (Northern Ireland) 2006 so as to implement Community legislation on international trade in plant material and domestic protection of plant health. It inserts into the principal Order new notification requirements with respect to seed potatoes and establishes measures to designate zones for the management of a specified disease. The Order also defines offence relating to landing of seed and crop rotation and provides with respect to other measures to protect plant health.
