Plant Health (Amendment No.2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012 (S.R. No. 241 of 2012).

This Order amends the Plant Health Order (Northern Ireland) 2006 in Part A of Schedule 8 to enforce Decision 1/2010 of the Joint Committee on Agriculture which relates to plant health controls on trade in plant material with Switzerland. Schedule 8 concerns Swiss plant passports. Plant materials are added to the list of materials for which specific rules of importation apply.
