Plant Health (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2008 (S.R. No. 205 of 2008).

This Order amends the Plant Health Order (Northern Ireland) 2006 so as to implement Community legislation on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products. It applies the restrictions on the landing in and movement within Northern Ireland of certain plant material from third countries and other parts of the European Community and requires phytosanitary certificates and plant passports for the introduction of plant material listed in this Order.
