Abstract
This Order amends the Plant Health (England) Order 2005 so as to implement Community legislation on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community. In addition, this Order provides anew with respect to notification requirements for seed potatoes from other member States and Switzerland and establishes measures to designate zones for the management of a specified disease affecting maize.
